My role as a Notary Public is to verify the identity of the signer signing the document presented to me and make sure they are willing and able to sign the document of their own free will.

When I operate as a Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent I am able to give you a general description of each document I present to you from your signing package and help you locate information within your signing package after I've seen and/or collected the proper identification. My role is to guide you through your signing so that you can close your transaction on time.
